MA Housing Secretary visits Stow for groundbreaking

Rep. Hogan was thrilled to welcome Edward Augustus, Secretary of the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, to the groundbreaking at Elizabeth Brook Apartments in Stow, where the Stow Community Housing Corporation (SCHC) will begin construction on 37 new affordable apartments for seniors and renovation of the existing 50 apartments plus one house, totaling 88 units.
