The 34th Annual Maynard Community Festival draws thousands each year to enjoy downtown Maynard, and this year did not disappoint. This free, family-friendly festival celebrates commerce, community, and culture. Retailers held sidewalk sales, and businesses and organizations offered entertainment and activities for all ages. There was festive food from restaurants, food trucks, and local purveyors, plus more than 100 vendors. Rep. Hogan was proud to welcome Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll to Maynard to meet the people and organizations that make up our special town!
Walking from one end of downtown to the other is a chance to check in with neighbors, welcome a new business, thank folks for making a difference, greet friends, and make new ones.
Thank you to the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce, AVCC President & CEO Sarah Cressy, and the dedicated Chamber and community volunteers who make this festival a success every year!
